1 What makes us different when
booking
It couldn't be easier to book,
you can either call our 24 hour, 0845 local rate booking and
enquiry line or use our Secure Online booking form. You will
be given all the information as to what happens next be it
over the phone or by emailed confirmation. Once your first
booking has been completed a personal account will be created
for you.
This enables you to book online at anytime from your own computer,
you will be given a password to access this account.
2 What makes us different on
your departure from Gatwick
So that all our customers have
a smooth and stress free start to their journey we provide
a simple but effective service. Customers are asked to contact
our Airport Co-ordinators when they are 10 minutes away from
Gatwick Airport. This call helps us to make sure that no customer
is left waiting for a driver at departures. The same phone
number can be called if the customer is running early, late
or even stuck in a traffic jam. Because we use this service
no customers are turned away if they miss the booked meeting
time. Once our customers have arrived at departures, whether
it is the North or the South terminal, a driver will come and
find them, help with luggage, provide a printed receipt
and then take the car, our customers are then free to continue
with there journey with no worries about there cars.
3 What makes us different while
your car is in our care
Insurance
Our customers can relax in the
knowledge that their car
will be properly cared for while it is in our trust.
Each of
our
experienced drivers are named on our fully comprehensive insurance
policy with Tradex which incidently is the only insurer that
can provide the correct cover for this type of service.
When
parked in our private car park
all of our customers cars are insured
against accidental
damage. We also pay an additional premium for "Commercial
Consideration",
which protects your car if for any reason it is damaged or
stolen whilst being parked anywhere other than in our car
park, for
example, if your car was stolen or damaged whilst the car
is being valeted.
As we operate
a 24 hour
service our private car park is always attended except
when all hands are needed at the airport. The car park is
fenced and when there is no movement of any cars either in
or out of the car park
the gates
are locked
securely.
We are confident that the security
measures that we have in place mitigate our risk. We acknowledge
that some of these risks are ours and not our customers and we are
insured against these risks so that our customers do not need
to worry.
- Additional Services
We offer a number of additional
services while your car is in our care. Not only can we arrange
for your car to be valeted to an extremely high standard, if
you require your car to have a service or MOT while you are
away we can arrange this too. Additional services would need
to be confirmed before you leave your car with us. We would
also be able to arrange for your favourite newspaper and any
milk or bread to be left in your car if you request it.
4 What makes us different when
you arrive back at Gatwick
To make our customers' return
as smooth and as simple as departure we have a similar procedure
in place. Customers are asked to contact our Airport Co-ordinators
when they have collected their luggage, we will be monitoring
the flights, but this call enables us to deliver the vehicle
to arrivals so it is there when the customer walks out of the
terminal. Again the driver will help with luggage and return
the car keys so that the customer can continue on their onward
journey without delay.
