Short-Term Car Parks:

Short term, business orientated "fast track" . Special needs/disabled passenger parking is offered in each area. Passengers arriving at the parking area should allow plenty of time to comply with the security procedures that may include a full vehicle inspection. All the multi-storey car parks have a general height limit of two metres.

Short Term and Fast Track

There are short term car parks situated near both North and South terminals. Both offer covered walkways between parking spaces and the terminals. Both have space allocated to fast track parking.

Multi-Storey North Terminal

Directions: Leave the M23 at junction 9 and follow the signs for the airport. From here follow the signs for your chosen terminal. At your chosen terminal follow the signs for short term parking

Transfers from airport: The car park is a short walk, undercover, from the terminal. You can't park closer!
Arrival Procedure: Take a ticket from the entry barrier and choose an available space.
Departure Procedure: Collect car and present entry ticket and voucher or reference number to staff at exit.
Facilities for the disabled: A limited number of bays are available for Orange Badge Holders.
Distance to Airport: The terminal, linked directly to the car park, is a short distance away.
Security Measures: CCTV, regular patrols.

Multi-Storey South Terminal

Directions: Leave the M23 at junction 9 and follow the signs for the airport. From here from the signs to your chosen terminal. At your chosen terminal follow the signs for short term parking

Transfers from airport: The car park is a short walk, undercover, from the terminal.
Arrival Procedure: Take a ticket from the barrier and park in car park 2. If you have chosen a car care product park in Fast Track
Departure Procedure: Please present your entry ticket and booking reference at the car park exit building
Distance to Airport: The terminal, linked directly to the car park, is a short distance away.
Other services provided: Free battery start available, please ask NCP staff if required.
Opening Periods: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay charge of 3 days applies to this car park.
Height Restrictions: max height 2 m
Trailer and Car: Trailers are not permitted.

Gatwick Park and ride services

There is a good choice when it comes to the traditional park and ride service. In order to pick the service that best suits your needs it is best to first decide whether you would like to park your car 'on' or 'off' airport. A good rule of thumb is that the further away you are prepared to park the cheaper gatwick parking becomes.

The 'on airport car parks' consist of 'Parking Express' at the South Terminal and ''NCP at the North Terminal. Both offer excellent facilities as you would expect from an BAA authorised car park. Both operators run frequent buses from the car park to the terminal and each has a huge capacity although it is advisable to book in advance, particularly during the summer season.

In addition to these there are many 'off airport' services which are generally cheaper. You should allow yourself additional travelling time and in some cases account for the frequency of the transfer service as some do not run buses as frequently as the 'on airport' services.

Valet Parking or Meet and Greet Parking

The valet parking service operates from both the North and South terminals.

On your departure from Gatwick - Drive directly to the terminal drop off point where one of their drivers will be waiting to meet you. He will assist you with your luggage and then park your car in their secure car park for you.

On you return to Gatwick - They will be monitoring your return flight so they will know when you have arrived. Your car will be returned to the terminal so that when you walk outside you can drive straight home or continue on your onward journey without delay.
